White Chocolate Almond Blondies Recipe



The white chocolate almond blondies recipe turns out a chewy brownie full of buttery white chocolate bits!

Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup salted butter
1 1/2 teaspoons instant coffee granules
2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
2 large eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup whole almonds, coarsely chopped and toasted
1 cup (6 ounces) white chocolate morsels or white chocolate chopped

2-quart saucepan
13 x 9-inch baking pan

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Lightly grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan; set aside.
Step 3: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
Step 4: In a 2-quart sauce pan melt butter over low heat.
Step 5: Add coffee granules; stirring until dissolved.
Step 6: Remove from heat. Add brown sugar and eggs; stir well.
Step 7: Gradually Stir in flour mixture.
Step 8: Add almonds and white chocolate; stirring well.
Step 9: Spread batter into the prepared 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Step 10: Bake for 30 minutes, do not overbake. Cool completely before cutting into squares.

Makes about 24 brownies.
