Peanut Butter Crumble Brownie Recipe





The peanut butter crumble brownie recipe combines numerous ingredients resulting in a delicious, rich treat!

Ingredients
Brownie:
2 cups granulated sugar
1 stick (1/2 cup) salted butter, softened
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2/3 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
1 cup quick-cooking oats
1/2 cup chopped salted peanuts

Peanut Butter layer:
1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
3 large eggs
1 can (14 ounce) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 creamy peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Hardware

Large Bowl
2 x medium bowls
Small bowl
13x9-inch baking pan
Mixer

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Grease the bottom of an 13x9-inch baking pan; set aside.
Step 3: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa, oats, and baking powder; set aside.
Step 4: In a large bowl, beat sugar, butter, 2 eggs, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until creamy.
Step 5: Add flour mixture and beat until well mixed.
Step 6: Stir in chopped peanuts.
Step 7: In a small bowl, reserve about 1 1/2 cups of mixture for topping.
Step 8: Press reaming mixture on bottom of prepared 13x9-inch baking pan; set aside.
Step 9: In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese on medium speed until smooth.
Step 10: Add 3 eggs, condensed milk, peanut butter, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Beat on medium speed until well mixed.
Step 11: Spread mixture evenly over brownie layer. Carefully crumble reserved brownie mixture evenly over the top of peanut butter layer.
Step 12: Bake 35-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted in middle of brownie. Cool completely before cutting into bars
