Jar Mix cookies have made life so much easier. Not only do they make a great looking homemade gift, but over the years their recipes have improved, and delicious cookies often result. Our goal, as always, is to give you recipes that taste great and are easy to prepare. Below is a collection of jar mix cookie recipes that meet our criteria. About the jars: The recipes in this section can be made using any 1-quart or larger sealing jar. We chose 1-quart Mason jars which are typically used for preserving fruits and vegetables. This type of jar seals tightly and isn't easily broken. They are relatively inexpensive and can be found at almost any grocer, drugstore, or home improvement store.
